- 1- What are the arrival and departure times:
- You can arrive between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the Gîte and the Bed and Breakfast in Tournecoupe.
- You can arrive between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the Saint-Jean-de-Luz Apartment.
- You must leave the room, the Gîte à Tournecoupe and the Appartement Saint-Jean-de-Luz before 10:30 a.m.
- For any different schedule, you must obtain the agreement of the management.
- 2- When to pay my rental and by what means: of payment:
- During your instant booking or and the transformation of your quote into a reservation, you will be asked for your payment guarantee by entering your full credit card. This entry is made on STRIPE, an online payment method.
- Payment for the rental of guest rooms will be made on site when you leave on our SumUp payment terminal.
- Payment for the rental of the Gîte will be made upon your arrival on our SumUp payment terminal and a deposit of 300 euros will be kept via the credit card imprint until 5 days after your departure. The payment in cash can be chosen, it will be refunded after contradictory visit of departure.
- Payment for the rental of the apartment in Saint-Jean-de-Luz will be made 15 to 20 days before your arrival on the remote payment method STRIPE and a deposit of 300 euros will be kept via the imprint bank card up to 5 days after your departure.
- Other means of payment: Cash, bank transfers, holiday vouchers can be arranged. Payment by check is refused.
- Establishment ""NO SMOKING"" It is forbidden to smoke in our rentals.
3- Breakfasts for Bed and Breakfast: Breakfasts are served in the dining room between 8:30 and 10:30. Any other schedule is to be agreed with the management the day before. Attention ! it is forbidden to eat and drink in the rooms.
4- A shared kitchen stay is at your disposal free of charge: you can prepare your meals. Eat and drink in the shared kitchen living room or in the garden.
